Booked via All for 75$C a night, for 4 nights, with breakfast Checked in around 1PM and room was ready, pleasant staff, very nice lobby. Room was an upgrade from typical Ibis with king bed, modern decor, small working area, good TV, separate loo and shower.Decent view of skyline. The included breakfast was nice, with rotating items, mix of Indonesian and western, good soups and noodles. The rooftop bar which was touted was closed for renovations so this was off access ( i think the gym was there too) Great location for visiting the city as the hotel is next to 1 MRT station and the train station which goes to the airport.

This hotel definitely has the best location for commuters or those looking for a quick trip around Thamrin. It's only a walking distance to MRT, KRL, airport train, etc. And you can get to Grand Indonesia in just about 10-15 minutes on foot. The room is small but clean, although it would be better if they provided a jet spray as well in the toilet. The food can still be improved, but no complaints about the overall service by the staff.

The location is good. The bed sheet and cover must be well cleaned. The chair for working was not comfortable.

Our family of four (two adults, two children) recently stayed at the All Seasons Jakarta Thamrin, and overall, it was a positive experience offering good value, particularly due to its excellent location. Location and Check-in: The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest points. Being situated very close to the MRT station made getting around Jakarta incredibly convenient, especially when travelling with kids. Check-in was a breeze; as Accor members, we experienced an almost instant process, which was greatly appreciated after travelling. Room and Amenities: We found our room to be comfortably spacious for our family. A pleasant surprise was the nice view from the window, offering a glimpse of the city. The hotel provided complimentary extra pillows upon request, which added to our comfort. Staying in a deluxe room also meant we enjoyed a free minibar, a nice touch. Another practical amenity was the free water refill station available in the corridor, helping us stay hydrated and reduce plastic waste. Areas for Improvement: While the stay was generally good, there were a few drawbacks. The rooftop restaurant has been under renovation since January 2025, which feels like quite a long time. Consequently, breakfast was served in a smaller area on the ground floor. This temporary setup resulted in less variety in the breakfast options compared to what might usually be offered. Inside the room, a minor inconvenience was the bathroom lighting setup. The switch for the toilet and shower area also controlled the basin lamp. This meant turning on the light to use the toilet during the night inevitably illuminated the basin area as well, potentially disturbing others sleeping in the room. Additionally, the television setup felt a bit dated, using a standard Set-Top Box (STB), and the remote control was not very responsive. Overall Impression: Despite the ongoing renovation and a couple of minor in-room issues, the All Seasons Jakarta Thamrin offers solid value for money. The strategic location, spacious rooms, and smooth service are significant advantages. We would still recommend this hotel, especially for families or individuals looking for convenient access to the Dukuh Atas transport hub or the Grand Indonesia shopping complex. It's a practical and comfortable base for exploring Jakarta.

Overall a nice stay at the all seasons: Pros: - Amazing location, right next to MRT, walking distance to Plaza Indonesia and Indonesia. - Fantastic service and staff. All staff were so lovely with great service. Particular thanks to Salsa and Keysya on reception for their big smiles and welcome, and also Maura and the team at breakfast - they were all so kind with great service to my family and kids. - Burbur Ayam at breakfast was always good! - Room Size. We started in junior suite and the size was good. - Good value. Room size vs service vs location is all good when considering the price point. Some things to work on: - The hotel is a bit tired in the corridors and rooms. Rough around the edges and need some small renovation. There is chipped paint, broken door frame, and dirty walls. - The smell in the corridor and lift is bad. Not fresh, and smells of fumes.
