Hi im Lekhi Mukti. This is our first time staying at this hotel. Everything here is excelleny, the lobby, ambience, cleanlines and especially the welcome services. We just sit for check in and your ROs come to service us. Then I really amaze with your ROs named Aom and Luca. They are doing the extra miles service to please us staying here. We are very happy for their service . Sure we will recommend your hotel to our friends in Indonesia. Best regards.

Stayed for 8 days at the So Hotel .Our room was amazing , very spacious, clean and comfortable . The view over Lumpini Park was beautiful . All the staff were welcoming and helpful especially those in the Executive Lounge. JJ, Nene, Chon, TMO, Georgia, and Nook all went out of their way to provide wonderful service during our stay. They were welcoming , friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. Would definitely return again to the So Hotel simply because of the wonderful staff .

Chic in the heart of the city

Check in with very smoothly. We were greeted with a welcome drink and a set in a very swanky lobby. Everything was beautiful. Pan Pan checked us in and she was super friendly and accommodating. She was able to get our room cleaned and allow us to check in early. The hotel itself was gorgeous from the time you stepped in to the lobby to all of the elevators. We stayed in one of the Wood themed rooms and it was very clean with nice clean wooden lines. The buffet in the morning had a lot of different options with fresh food and everyone in the restaurant was very helpful. If you needed anything extra the drinks at the bar were a little pricey, but on par for what a hotel lobby bar would be. We were able to get massages at the spa here and the spa was decorated very nice. We were supposed to have an aromatic bath with our couples massage but due to the earthquake that room wasn’t in service. I also should note that the pool was not in service because of the earthquake, but they were expecting it to open back up in the next week or so. I had Donut as my masseuse and she was great. Overall, we had a great experience here at this hotel we would stay here again. The location is great just a short walk to the train station.
